General terms of sale

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding version; in case of discrepancy, it prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the online sale of the full version of the game Tactical Saga on tacticalsaga.com to consumers. Any order implies their acceptance, given by ticking a check box before payment.

2. Seller

MIXUP LABS, 63 BD Leclerc - 64700 HENDAYE (France), RCS Bayonne 823 466 883.
Contact: contact@tacticalsaga.com.

3. Product

Tactical Saga is a turn-based tactics game played in the browser. The first chapter is free and lets you try the game before any purchase. The full version unlocks chapters 2, 3 and 4 of the campaign, with their content (camp, shop, equipment, battles).

It is digital content supplied online, not on a tangible medium, linked to the Google account used for the purchase. It can be accessed on any device with a recent browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) by signing in with that same account. An Internet connection is required for the purchase and for the first loading of the chapters; the game can then be installed and played offline.

4. Price

The price is shown in the game and on the payment page, in euros including all taxes (VAT included). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. This is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no subsequent payment.

5. Order

  1. Sign in with a Google account.
  2. “Buy” button, then a check box by which you accept these terms, request immediate access to the full version and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (see § 8).
  3. Payment on Stripe’s secure page, which summarizes the product and the price.
  4. Once the payment has been accepted, the contract is concluded: the full version is unlocked immediately and a receipt is sent to the email address of your Google account.

6. Payment

Payment is made in a single installment, by bank card or by the other means offered on the payment page, through the payment service provider Stripe. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never transmitted to the seller.

7. Access to the content

The full version is accessible as soon as the payment is confirmed, with no time limit for as long as the game is operated. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the service, the seller will inform players at least three months in advance.

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or updates. Game updates are provided free of charge.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer, who has expressly waived this right.

When you place your order, a check box asks for this consent and this waiver; without it, the purchase is not possible. Your consent is recorded with the order and restated on the payment page.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation)). If the full version does not work as described, contact us: we will bring it into conformity and, failing that, you will be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

10. Account and use

The full version is reserved for personal, non-commercial use, linked to the player’s account. The seller may suspend an account’s access in the event of proven fraud (circumvention of payment, abusive dispute of a payment, attempt to compromise the security of the service).

11. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

12. Customer service and mediation

For any question or complaint: contact@tacticalsaga.com. We respond as quickly as possible.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C - 49 rue de Ponthieu - 75008 Paris.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those designated by law, in particular those of the consumer’s place of residence.
